Terms of Use for Camping Car

• Please do not allow pets in the car. We ask for your understanding to prevent tears, stains, odors and dirt, etc. on the sheets.
• Please cook food which may cause odors or stains (such as barbecues, grilling meat and grilling fish) outside the car.
• Please limit the use of the gas stove in the car to boiling water. Please use the gas stove with a special care to prevent fire.
• If repairs for breakage, cleaning or odor elimination are necessary, we may ask you to pay the costs.
• Concerning the breakage of equipment inside and outside the car which are not caused by a car accident, we will ask you to pay the repair cost.
• Please note that there are no toilet facilities in the car.
• Please come to the collection location 30 – 60 minutes before the collection time. About 30 to 60 minutes are necessary for explaining about the camping car and procedures. We are open from 9:00 am.

Please note that the car you reserved may not be rented on the scheduled pick-up day due to breakdown, breakage, natural disaster or other unavoidable reason. We ask for your understanding because the car is a special vehicle and substitution is not possible. In such a case, no charge will be incurred.

Please note in advance that we will not pay compensation for any theft or breakage of your personal belongings.
We will not assume any responsibility for injury, etc. caused by the negligence of customers in the car during parking or in the vicinity of the car.
A camping car and its facilities are likely to cause a serious accident or injury if used incorrectly. Please read the manual carefully before use.

If you cancel a reservation, you must pay the following cancellation charges. Any money transfer charges are to be borne by the customer.

15 days before the date of use

No cancellation charge

14 to 7 days before the scheduled use date

20% of basic usage rate

7-2 days before the scheduled use date

30% of basic usage rate

1 day before to the scheduled use date - the date

50% of basic usage rate

The following compensation is included with a rental car.

If repairs to the car are necessary in the case of an accident, the following charges must be borne by the customer.

1. Deductible from vehicle damage insurance: ¥100,000, Deductible from property damage insurance: ¥50,000
2. Non Operation Charge (NOC)
   If the car is driveable and returned to the office: ¥30,000
   If the car is not driveable and not returned to the office: ¥50,000
3. The number of repair days during repair (up to 30 days) x ¥10,000 (up to ¥300,000)
