Insurance coverage extras
All vehicles are covered by major insurance for unlimited personal and property damage compensation.
In the event of an accident, however, you must pay up to about ¥250,000 even if the car is covered by the insurance.
If you subscribe to the waiver disclaimer system in advance, your burden will be reduced to zero yen at the maximum.
- Since the cost to the customer may be high at the time of an accident in the case of a camping car, the Safety Pack is included with all vehicles in advance.
- NOC (Non Operation Charge) is damage compensation for not being able to be operated as a rental car during the repair period.

Free roadside support services
Free road service is a basic service. It can be used regardless of the contents of the compensation subscription.
- Tires
- Replacement with spare tire in case of flat tire
- Compensation for charges when losing a hub cap
- Tire repair cost or compensation for tire prices (up to ¥20,000 per tire. If the user makes an advance payment, we will settle the amount in exchange for the receipt when returning the rented car. The tire exchanged must be of a quality equivalent to that of the damaged tire.)
- Battery
- Jump starting the battery
- Lockout service
- Unlocking (the key must be inside the car. Support is available only for a general cylinder lock.)
- Stranded vehicle
- Retrieval (If the work of recovering two or more wheels is required for a stranded vehicle, the cost will be borne by the customer. Scratches that occur on the parts other than tires owing to being stranded off a road will be handled in the same manner as that for an accident.)
- Towing service
- If the rented car is no longer drivable owing to an accident or breakdown, will tow the car (we will bear the costs up to ¥100,000 per rental.)
