Please contact the office of departure during business hours (9:00 – 18:00) and the road service JAF outside business hours.

JAF Roadside services

If you subscribe to the Safety Pack, you can receive rescue services without charge. However, you must pay the cost for the work exceeding the scope of coverage.
If you do not subscribe to the Safety Pack, you must pay for the services. Please pay the cost of the service you received.
